Evan D. Bull

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF NEW BUSINESS

Evan D. Bull is focused on business development and sales, including nurturing broker and market relationships. Before joining NormanMax, Mr. Bull was an EVP for New Paradigm Underwriters, LLC for many years, brokering parametric policies to clients located around the United States and beyond. Mr. Bull was a Managing Director with Beecher Carlson in New York City where he focused on new business opportunities for Property, Executive Liability, Workers Compensation, and Captive Management insurance with Fortune Companies. Mr. Bull has a wealth of technical, sales, and leadership experience in the insurance industry with a specialty in hospitality and real estate based on his 25-plus year career at Marsh, where he served as a Managing Director in the U.S. Property Practice. During this tenure, he led teams of property brokers, while also performing individual account responsibilities for new and existing global and domestic property programs. He also led clients through national catastrophic claims caused by Hurricane Irene, Matthew, Katrina and Superstorm Sandy. Mr. Bull began his career in global risk management at Marsh, while attending The College of Insurance in New York City. Evan’s considerable tenure at Marsh enabled him to be directly involved in large middle market accounts and many of the country's largest global risk management clients.

Francesca Finucane

ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Francesca Finucane is the Assistant Vice President of Business Development for NormanMax. Ms. Finucane earned a M.A. in Psychology from Adler University & received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Diego – where she was a member of the Swimming & Diving Team. She previously served as a Specialty Underwriter at GuideOne Insurance Company, working across the Specialty products in Property, Energy, Construction, and D&O. Francesca’s diverse professional background, brings a unique perspective to the NormanMax team.

Jonathan Friedland is a seasoned insurance industry veteran with over 17 years of comprehensive experience. Joining us from Universal Property and Casualty, he brings a deep understanding of the industry, honed through roles spanning underwriting, sales, and learning & development. With a proven track record of expanding markets across the Southeastern US, Jonathan is a strategic asset in driving growth and achieving business objectives.

Alison Martir

PRODUCTION UNDERWRITER

Alison Martir is a Production Underwriter at NormanMax. Ms. Martir contributes a wealth of extensive expertise and knowledge garnered from over a decade in the residential and commercial insurance brokerage industry. Prior to joining New Paradigm, she held a key position as a Senior Associate Underwriter at AmWINS Group, where she contributed to the management of a highly profitable book of business that exceeded $1.2 million annually. Additionally, Ms. Martir previously gained valuable experience at Hull & Company and the MacNeil Group, overseeing books of business that generated over $700,000 in profits each year. Notably, she achieved an impressive 85% quote-to-bind ratio for specific lines of business and collaborated with retail agents to modify in-force policies. Ms. Martir possesses a deep understanding of risk assessment, effective insurance portfolio management, and fruitful collaborations with numerous admitted and non-admitted carriers. Her unwavering commitment is directed towards leveraging her industry expertise to secure the best possible insurance solutions for all clients of NormanMax.
